Know a company's reputation from the inside

Glassdoor.com lets you see company ratings, reviews, and salaries from current and former employees of that company. Without an account, only four companies are viewable - how they determine which companies you can see is unknown. To see the others, create an account and submit a rating, review, or salary. Posts are anonymous, but only to the point where a title and city location are given - if you are in a small location or have a unique position, someone could figure out who you are. Currently, listed companies mostly consist of technology companies such as Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, IBM, etc. but there are also some retail chains in there.
