CS Lite is a Firefox add-on that is like a NoScript for cookies (at least, once you globally disable cookies). Once you are at a site that requires cookies, you can then choose to allow cookies for that site permanently or temporarily.
It's taken a little bit of work on some sites to get them working properly, but I haven't had any major stoppers yet. It's a great way to take control of the cookies on your system.
